With a 5L capacity, the demijohn works well for approximately 4.5L fermentation batches, leaving some space inside the vessel during fermentation. In addition, the clear glass makes it easy to monitor the contents.

The included cap provides a convenient closure for storage. Alternatively, you can fit a compatible stopper when using the demijohn for fermentation or other applications.

Both stoppers use a tapered design and fit the neck of this 5L Glass Demijohn. Therefore, you can choose the stopper that best suits how you plan to use the vessel.
